Dear Aspirants,
As you all are well aware, Middle East
countries in general and particularly
Kuwait, is a regional hub for a lot of NDE
activities, because of the existence of
numerous exploration facilities, Refineries,
Petrochemical industries and other allied
downstream units, involving operation of
corrosive process fluids at high pressures
and temperatures in the region.
A self sufficient Kuwait chapter of ASNT
has been formed on the core objective of
providing training in various NDE techniques
to the aspirants examinations and issues of
certifications to the qualified personnel as
per SNT-TC-1A, encourage frequent
interactions among the members who work in
various organizations & help improve their
knowledge and expertise by sharing the
experience, co-ordinate with ASNT and
receive technical bulletins and updates
about developments in NDE field, organizing
NDE seminars and inviting NDE professionals
across the globe for presentation of
technical papers which in turn can impart
knowledge to the members.
I, as the Chairman of the Kuwait Section
of American Society for Non Destructive
Testing (ASNT) welcome all interested to our
forum & urge to enroll and be a part of it,
to derive the priceless benefits of the
forum and enrich their knowledge to become
invaluable NDT Professionals.
